Ocean Freight

Ocean freight is a practical option for industrial equipment, containerized goods, oversized cargo, and larger international shipments. Haubot coordinates sea transport according to the cargo profile, route, schedule, and delivery requirements.

Services may include Full Container Load (FCL), Less-than-Container Load (LCL), flat rack, RoRo, break bulk, and project cargo solutions arranged through selected carriers and logistics partners.

Where required, we can also coordinate inland collection, export handling, port delivery, cargo securing, customs procedures, and final transport from the destination port.

End-to-End Coordination

Ocean freight often involves several stages before and after the sea journey. Haubot can coordinate collection, container or equipment selection, export documentation, port handling, carrier booking, arrival procedures, and final delivery.

The transport method is selected according to cargo dimensions, weight, value, handling requirements, destination, and available sailing schedules. FCL and LCL services are suitable for standard cargo, while RoRo, flat rack, or break bulk may be used for machinery and non-containerized equipment.

Carrier and route options are reviewed based on availability, transit time, port access, reliability, and cost. The final solution depends on the cargo, trade lane, and local operating conditions.

Project and Oversized Cargo

Some industrial cargo cannot be moved in a standard container.

For heavy, oversized, or complex equipment, Haubot can coordinate specialist transport solutions involving flat racks, open-top containers, RoRo vessels, break bulk services, or project cargo arrangements.

Depending on the shipment, planning may include cargo surveys, lifting requirements, securing plans, route checks, terminal coordination, permits, and connections with road, rail, or barge transport.

Each project is reviewed individually before a transport plan is confirmed.

From Origin to Destination

Haubot coordinates ocean freight through carriers, freight agents, terminals, customs representatives, and inland transport providers selected according to the shipment.
Depending on the agreed scope, we can arrange container booking, collection, packing coordination, cargo securing, export handling, sailing updates, destination handling, customs coordination, and final delivery.
Special cargo, including dangerous goods, controlled items, or sensitive equipment, may require additional documentation, packaging, carrier approval, or route restrictions. Available options are reviewed before booking.
