The rise of distributed generation and the shift toward flexible energy systems have driven a surge in demand for next-generation gas engine power plants. These units are becoming increasingly advanced — with digital control systems, high efficiency, and strict stability requirements. This evolution has made servicing more complex, and the role of a logistics partner capable of fast and accurate parts delivery is now mission-critical.
We began building our inventory for new models well in advance — even before their large-scale deployment. As a result, our warehouse now stocks genuine and compatible parts for engines from MWM, Jenbacher, Caterpillar, Waukesha, MTU, and several OEMs from Germany and the U.S. This includes not only standard consumables — filters, spark plugs, gaskets — but also critical components such as ignition modules, gas control assemblies, control units, injection systems, and cooling elements.
We place special focus on regions with harsh operating conditions. In countries with gas impurities, unstable voltages, or extreme climate fluctuations, component wear occurs faster. That’s why we tailor our selection not only by part numbers, but also by project-specific factors — altitude, humidity, load cycles, startup frequency. In some cases, we supply reinforced or extended-lifespan parts, fully aligned with manufacturer specifications.
Since the beginning of the year, we’ve fulfilled parts deliveries for modern gas engine power plants in Iraq, Kazakhstan, Poland, and the UAE. These included both scheduled maintenance and emergency replacements for facilities powering factories, logistics hubs, and backup infrastructure.
When downtime costs millions — physically or contractually — it’s not enough to “have parts in stock.” You need fast assembly, verification, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery. That’s why we spent 2023 fine-tuning every step of our supply process.
