Many of our clients continue to operate trusted CAT and Komatsu heavy machinery models built 15–20 years ago. These machines are reliable, easy to maintain, and perform well in tough environments. But one growing challenge remains — genuine parts for these models are steadily disappearing from the market.
Discontinued assemblies, revised part numbers, and lost compatibility with newer versions have become increasingly common over the past two years. We’re seeing more and more requests for components no longer supported by OEMs or unavailable through official dealers.
To address this, we've expanded our supplier network across North America, Southeast Asia, and Australia — regions where OEM stock and original batches can still be found. We manually cross-reference part numbers, check compatibility, and perform quality control before shipping.
If a genuine part can't be located, we engage our engineering team to identify compatible alternatives that have been field-tested, or we source refurbished modules that have undergone industrial reconditioning. In each case, we inform clients of potential risks and provide options to make an informed decision.
Our goal isn't just to locate a part — it’s to extend the service life of your equipment without compromising on safety or performance. Even if the model is long discontinued — we’ll find a way to keep it running.
